Job Description

Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in Edinburgh, focusing on Wealth & Asset Management. Capco is a global technology and business consultancy firm dedicated to the financial services sector. The ideal candidate will possess strong collaboration and facilitation skills, capable of translating business needs into actionable strategies.

The Business Analyst will work closely with both business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, manage projects throughout the SDLC, and ensure timely and on-budget delivery. They will also foster relationships with key stakeholders, optimize integration processes, and facilitate workshops to drive project momentum.

Role Involves:

• Gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Managing projects throughout the SDLC.
• Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
• Optimizing integration processes.
• Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or Business analysis.
• Experience designing frameworks and financial models.
• Experience in negotiation and conflict management.
• Knowledge of Financial Services and Wealth & Asset Management is preferable.
• Knowledge of the SDLC, Waterfall and Agile project delivery methods.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
