Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team in London, focusing on Wealth & Asset Management. The Business Analyst will collaborate with business and technical stakeholders to gather and document requirements, manage projects throughout the SDLC, and ensure timely and on-budget delivery. They will also develop relationships with key stakeholders, facilitate workshops, and identify opportunities for improvement.
Role Involves:
- Gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Managing projects throughout the SDLC.
- Ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery.
- Developing relationships with key stakeholders.
- Facilitating workshops and stakeholder meetings.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Project Management or Business analysis.
- Experience designing and operating frameworks and financial models.
- Experience in negotiation and conflict management.
- Knowledge of Financial Services and Wealth & Asset Management is preferable.
- Knowledge of the SDLC, as well as Waterfall and Agile project delivery methods.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
