Capco is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join their banking team in Brussels. Capco is a global financial services consultancy, is looking for someone passionate about applying their intellect, innovation, and experience to support clients in banking, capital markets, finance, risk & compliance, insurance, and wealth and investment management.This role involves leveraging existing knowledge to help clients meet challenges, working as a project manager, setting project direction, and interfacing with business users to define requirements. The consultant will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, define testing objectives, and manage project scoping, estimation, and budgets.
Responsibilities: - Leverage knowledge to help clients meet challenges.
- Work as project manager to scope and analyse.
- Set project direction and provide oversight.
- Interface with business users to define requirements.
- Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
- Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams.
- Manage scoping, estimation, project budgets and financials.
Requirements: - 1-5 years of Business Process experience.
- Ability to summarize complex processes.
- Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
- Strong skills in Process Mapping & Knowledge of BPM.
- High level of competence with MS Office and Visio/ARIS.
- Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch.
- Effective communication skills.
- Creative problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
- Agile methodology experience.
- Financial Industry experience.
- Experience in Change Management.
- Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence is an asset.
