Job Description

Capco is seeking a Business Process Consultant to join their banking team in Brussels. Capco is a global financial services consultancy, is looking for someone passionate about applying their intellect, innovation, and experience to support clients in banking, capital markets, finance, risk & compliance, insurance, and wealth and investment management.This role involves leveraging existing knowledge to help clients meet challenges, working as a project manager, setting project direction, and interfacing with business users to define requirements. The consultant will act as a bridge between business and technology teams, define testing objectives, and manage project scoping, estimation, and budgets.Responsibilities:

• Leverage knowledge to help clients meet challenges.
• Work as project manager to scope and analyse.
• Set project direction and provide oversight.
• Interface with business users to define requirements.
• Act as a bridge between business and technology teams.
• Define testing objectives and liaise with testing teams.
• Manage scoping, estimation, project budgets and financials.

Requirements:

• 1-5 years of Business Process experience.
• Ability to summarize complex processes.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Strong skills in Process Mapping & Knowledge of BPM.
• High level of competence with MS Office and Visio/ARIS.
• Fluency in English, French and/or Dutch.
• Effective communication skills.
• Creative problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of Lean Six Sigma methodology.
• Agile methodology experience.
• Financial Industry experience.
• Experience in Change Management.
• Knowledge of Robotic Process Automation and Artificial Intelligence is an asset.
