Job Description

Capco is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Insurance practice, focusing on the Commercial and Specialty space. The candidate will work with leading insurers on transformation programs, addressing challenges such as digitizing underwriting journeys and integrating post-M&A systems.

The Business Analyst will play a key role in delivering impactful change and will have the opportunity to work across different domains within FS & Energy.

Role involves:

• Gathering, documenting, and prioritizing business and functional requirements.
• Conducting current state assessments and gap analyses.
• Translating business needs into detailed user stories and process flows.
• Supporting the design of target operating models.
• Collaborating with development and test teams.
• Contributing to digital and data transformation initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience working in or with the London Market.
• Strong knowledge of commercial insurance lines.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills.
• Understanding of core insurance platforms.
• Proven track record delivering technology-enabled transformation.
• Familiarity with regulatory change initiatives.
• Experience using process mapping tools.
• Ability to facilitate workshops and interviews.
