Job Description

Capco is seeking an Automation Specialist to develop automation and system integration solutions, focusing on Power Automate and Power Apps. The specialist will ensure effective integration with platforms like SAP, Microsoft SharePoint, SQL Server, and Dynamics 365. They will analyze requirements, propose continuous improvements to internal processes, and emphasize the company's digital transformation.

The role involves monitoring, maintaining, and optimizing implemented solutions to ensure performance and alignment with business needs. The specialist will also identify automation opportunities and optimize processes.

Role involves:

• Developing and managing automations using Power Automate and Power Apps.
• Integrating systems like SAP, SharePoint, and Dynamics 365.
• Gathering requirements and mapping processes.
• Monitoring and maintaining automations and applications.
• Creating technical documentation and training teams.
• Identifying opportunities for automation and process optimization.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, or related fields.
• Post-graduation with a minimum workload of 360 hours.
• Certifications: CPC-A, CIA, SiAC, ISO9001, CertIFR, PMI-ACP, CBPP, BPM, Lean 6-Sigma (Black Belt), PMP, Professional Scrum Master (PSM), Team Kanban Practitioner (TKP), SAFe®.
• 10 years of experience in the role.
