ETRM Project Manager - Power Trading

Job Description

Capco is seeking an ETRM Project Manager with a strong background in power markets and ETRM systems. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front and middle office operations and will be responsible for managing projects that enhance trading and risk management capabilities.

The Project Manager will lead projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget. They will utilize their deep understanding of power markets to drive project success and support trading activities. The role involves optimizing trade flow processes and implementing and enhancing ETRM systems to support trading, risk management, and compliance activities.

The Project Manager will work closely with risk managers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and ensure successful project delivery. They will identify and mitigate project risks, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies, and provide regular project updates to senior management and stakeholders.

Role involves:

• Leading and managing projects from initiation to completion

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in the energy sector
• Proficiency in ETRM systems (e.g., OpenLink, Allegro, Endur, Hartigen)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proven leadership skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field
