Job Description

Capco is seeking a Project Manager to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. Capco is a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services and energy sectors. The company has 33 offices across the Americas, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.

The Project Manager will be responsible for providing technical leadership and acting as an integrator and facilitator between teams. They will centralize demands with client managers, control schedules, and issue documentation for incident and demand management. The Project Manager will also propose improvements to processes and work methods.

Role involves:

• Guiding teams in executing activities
• Integrating and facilitating communication between teams
• Centralizing demands with client managers
• Controlling schedules and issuing documentation
• Proposing improvements to processes and methods

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Law, Information Technology, or Engineering
• Post-graduation in Management, Corporate Security, Risks, or similar topics
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in corporate security and protective intelligence in large organizations
• Knowledge of risk and IT management frameworks (e.g., Cobit, RiskIT)
• Knowledge of Information Security standards (ISO 2700 family, ISO 15999)
• Project Management skills
• Technical English (spoken and written)
