Cleo is seeking a Lead Product Analyst to join their Growth pillar, focusing on virality and optimizing product-led growth channels. The successful candidate will work within a cross-functional squad, collaborating with product managers, user researchers, designers, and engineers, to enhance Cleo's growth and virality loop.

The role involves:

  • Enabling rapid business growth by understanding the business ecosystem and identifying high-impact areas.
  • Defining key virality metrics and tracking KPIs.
  • Leading the measurement of ROI and incrementality of new viral initiatives.
  • Influencing product roadmaps with data-driven recommendations.
  • Applying graph theory and building network models to uncover viral opportunities.
  • Collaborating with engineers to ensure the collection of relevant data for business insights.

Requirements for the role:

  • 5+ years of experience in quantitative analysis within a digital product environment.
  • Experience with funnel analysis and driving product improvements.
  • Track record in viral products or referral programs.
  • Experience conducting A/B experiments.
  • Excellent SQL and Python skills.
  • Knowledge of statistics and graph theory.
  • Strong communication skills for presenting findings.
  • Experience with data visualization tools.
