Junior Consultant - Investment

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Junior Investment Consultant to join their team in Brussels, Belgium. The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years of consultancy experience and a strong understanding of the financial industry, particularly within investment management. This role offers the opportunity to work with both external and internal stakeholders, shaping and executing complex digital transformations.

Role involves:

• Establishing collaborative relationships with stakeholders
• Working with clients to define and optimize their roadmap
• Gathering requirements and working on solutions
• Reporting on progress and setting up trainings
• Shaping and executing complex digital transformations

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of consultancy experience
• Ability to create Business Cases
• Effective communication skills
• First BA, PMO or PM experience
• Financial Industry experience (investment industry)
• Fluency in French and/or Dutch combined with excellent English
