Job Description

Capco is seeking a Planning Leader for Boilermaking to join their team in Rio de Janeiro. This is a hybrid role. The Planning Leader will be responsible for planning, organizing, and managing resources and work stages. They will also negotiate with other departments and form partnerships. The ideal candidate will have autonomy, strategic vision, and flexibility to achieve goals. They will analyze management demands, control business results, and focus on optimizing operational processes for offshore platforms and managing indicators.Role involves:

• Structuring internal audits in management systems.
• Controlling vacation planning and ASOs.
• Delivering process indicator results on time.
• Orienting and reviewing the execution of activities.
• Analyzing complex problems in projects.
• Recommending execution strategies and technologies.
• Analyzing the development, management, control, revisions, and monitoring of project demands.

Requirements:

• Experience in planning, organizing, and managing resources.
• Ability to negotiate with other departments.
• Autonomy to seek self-knowledge.
• Strategic vision and flexibility.
• Graduation in Administration, Engineering, Accounting, Law, Economics, Information Technology Analysis, Information Technology Administrator, Statistics, or other related areas.
• Post-Graduation with a minimum of 360 hours in Logistics Management, Materials, Supplies, or other related areas.
