Job Description
Capco is seeking a Business Analyst to join their team and deliver exciting projects across the Insurance sector. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise and knowledge of the Insurance industry, including London Market, General Insurance, and Life & Pensions. This role offers the opportunity to shape and define business problems, deliver solutions, and influence senior stakeholders.
Role involves:
- Shaping and defining business problems and opportunities.
- Delivering solutions that resolve business problems.
- Performing business analysis activities on projects and programs.
- Ensuring integrity and alignment of solutions with business needs.
- Developing themselves and the business analyst community.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Business Analysis with strong analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
- Strong understanding of product management.
- Knowledge of the Insurance Industry (preferred).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Professional Business Analysis Certification (preferred).
