Job Description

Capco is seeking a Managing Principal in Cybersecurity to join their team in Paris. Capco is a global consulting firm specializing in financial services, founded in 1998. With over 7,000 employees in 36 offices worldwide, including 160 in Paris, Capco distinguishes itself through its dual expertise in business and technology.

The Managing Principal will lead and supervise transformation and cybersecurity projects. He will work with multidisciplinary, experienced, and committed teams.

Role Involves:

• Developing and refining cybersecurity policies, standards, and procedures.
• Evaluating exposure to cyber risks through security audits and penetration tests.
• Defining strategies for managing cyber risks.
• Designing and implementing cyber defense tools.
• Ensuring compliance with cybersecurity standards (LPM, HDS, RGPD, PCI DSS).
• Supporting operational implementation through training and infrastructure monitoring.
• Supervising commercial and contractual aspects of projects.
• Contributing to business development.

Requirements:

• Bac+5 degree.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity within a consulting firm or company.
• Solid management experience.
• Certifications such as CISA, CISM, CISSP, ISO27001 Lead Auditor, ISO27001 Lead Implementor, or EBIOS Risk Manager.
• Strong analytical and conceptual skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Enthusiasm, team spirit, and a proactive approach.
• Adaptability and curiosity in the field of cybersecurity.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.
• Fluency in English.
