Managing Principal – Capital Markets

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Managing Principal to join their Capital Markets team in France. This role involves supporting clients, including Investment Banks, Asset Servicers, and Asset Managers, both in France and internationally, to contribute to the firm's growth. The Managing Principal will identify and develop new business opportunities, and oversee the execution of complex, high-value projects.

The Managing Principal will collaborate with other partners and practices to drive business development and ensure project delivery. They will also contribute to the development of Capco's offerings and services, as well as the growth of the Capital Markets team.

Requirements:

• 12-15 years of experience in capital markets, with 7-8 years in consulting
• Experience in managing complex transformation programs and projects
• Expertise in investment banking strategy, functional architecture, and processes
• Proficiency in program/project management methods (Waterfall or Agile)
• Knowledge of financial instruments and risk management principles
• Familiarity with market software packages
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Excellent client relationship management skills
• Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities
• Fluency in French and English
