Job Description
Capco is seeking a Managing Principal to drive change and deliver innovative solutions for financial services clients. This role involves building networks, winning new business, and mentoring team members. The ideal candidate will possess an entrepreneurial mindset and strong leadership skills.
Role Involves:
- Delivering projects on client sites.
- Leading change initiatives for financial services clients.
- Managing projects and individual workstreams.
- Communicating project statuses to senior management.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10+ years of experience as a management consultant.
- Experience delivering projects across financial services, banking, and/or insurance.
- Proven track record of originating projects and building revenue streams.
- Strong interpersonal and influencing skills.
- Diverse problem-solving experience.
- Strong understanding of Prince 2/Agile/Waterfall is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills in English is essential.
