Job Description
Capco is seeking a Managing Principal to join their Wealth & Asset Management leadership team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with client partners and capability leads to define and lead differentiated go-to-market solution offerings. The Managing Principal will help lead local office business development and foster a sense of community within the practice. They will deploy leading industry solutions, operating models, and business strategies to drive transformational change for clients.
Role Involves:
- Providing end-to-end oversight for complex, large-scale initiatives.
- Driving commercial growth across wealth and asset management segments.
- Developing client relationships and positioning Capco as a trusted advisor.
- Leading and mentoring resources to grow in their careers.
- Being a thought leader in Wealth and Asset Management.
- Synthesizing market and industry trends into tailored client solutions.
- Producing insights and recommendations to improve client performance.
- Engaging with clients and Capco leadership in strategic discussions.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of relevant experience in wealth and/or asset management.
- 7+ years of experience working for a management or technology consulting firm.
- Experience managing and leading medium and large-scale teams.
- Demonstrated experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
- Proven ability to develop, cultivate, and manage client relationships.
- Strong ability to identify, qualify, shape, and close sales opportunities.
- Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
- Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
