Job Description
Capco is seeking a Managing Principal to join their Wealth & Asset Management leadership team. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with client partners and capability leads to define and lead differentiated go-to-market solution offerings. The Managing Principal will help lead local office business development and foster a sense of community within the practice. They will deploy leading industry solutions, operating models, and business strategies to drive transformational change for clients.

Role Involves:
  • Providing end-to-end oversight for complex, large-scale initiatives.
  • Driving commercial growth across wealth and asset management segments.
  • Developing client relationships and positioning Capco as a trusted advisor.
  • Leading and mentoring resources to grow in their careers.
  • Being a thought leader in Wealth and Asset Management.
  • Synthesizing market and industry trends into tailored client solutions.
  • Producing insights and recommendations to improve client performance.
  • Engaging with clients and Capco leadership in strategic discussions.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of relevant experience in wealth and/or asset management.
  • 7+ years of experience working for a management or technology consulting firm.
  • Experience managing and leading medium and large-scale teams.
  • Demonstrated experience working with business and technology stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to develop, cultivate, and manage client relationships.
  • Strong ability to identify, qualify, shape, and close sales opportunities.
  • Outstanding analytical and communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel and MS PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor's degree required, MBA or advanced degree preferred.
