Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Principal Consultant to join its growing Insurance team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on driving digital transformation initiatives. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, delivering challenging projects across the insurance practice, and identifying strategies for change across business operations and technology.

The Principal Consultant will be responsible for providing end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives, developing forward-thinking solutions, and leading transformation projects for multi-national insurers. They will also work cross-functionally to develop and execute digital transformation strategies, manage the full lifecycle of work, and synthesize market trends into client solutions.

Role Involves:

• Providing end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives
• Developing forward-thinking solutions across technology, people, and process
• Leading transformation projects and process improvement initiatives
• Developing and executing digital transformation strategies
• Managing the full lifecycle of work
• Synthesizing market and industry trends into client solutions
• Engaging with clients and Capco leadership in strategic discussions
• Supporting commercial growth of the insurance pillar
• Leading and mentoring resources

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry
• 6+ years’ experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, or operational excellence
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle
• Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift
• Experience delivering large scale program initiatives
• Effective relationship management skills
• Strong track record of delivery and business development
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills
