Principal Consultant | Insurance (Manager/Senior Manager Big 4)

Job Description

Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Principal Consultant to join their growing Insurance team in Hong Kong. This role involves working in a fast-paced environment, delivering challenging projects across the insurance practice, with a focus on digital, data, and operational transformation. The Principal Consultant will identify strategies and drivers for change, effecting change across business operations and technology.

Responsibilities include:

• Providing end-to-end oversight for the delivery of complex, large-scale initiatives.
• Developing forward-thinking solutions across technology, people, and process.
• Leading transformation projects and process improvement initiatives for multi-national insurers.
• Developing and executing digital transformation strategies.
• Managing the full lifecycle of work, from planning to execution.
• Synthesizing market and industry trends into client solutions.
• Engaging with clients and Capco leadership in strategic discussions.
• Supporting commercial growth of the insurance pillar across Hong Kong and APAC.
• Leading and mentoring resources.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry with a focus on digital transformation.
• 6+ years’ experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift and digital ways of working.
• Experience delivering large-scale program initiatives.
• Effective relationship management skills.
• Strong track record of delivery and business development.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
• Strong executive presence and stakeholder management skills.
