Capco is seeking a Principal Consultant to join their US Insurance team. The ideal candidate will possess strong project and change management skills to deliver projects focused on insurance and financial services. This role involves leading teams, leveraging expertise in program and project management, and fostering a sense of community among consultants.Role involves:
Providing end-to-end oversight for complex, large-scale initiatives.
Leading Change Management, M&A & Organization Change initiatives.
Supporting commercial growth of Insurance clients.
Developing technology, business, and digital solutions for insurance clients.
Mentoring resources to grow in their careers.
Producing insights and recommendations to improve client performance.
Engaging with clients and Capco leadership in strategic discussions.
Requirements:
7+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry.
7+ years of experience in project management, change management, organization change, M&A or operational excellence within Insurance.
Experience working for a management or technology consulting firm.
Experience working with Property & Casualty insurance required.
Bachelor's degree required.
Strong understanding of the project lifecycle.
Proven track record of delivering large-scale program initiatives.
Effective relationship management skills.
Track record of driving business development within a consulting role.
Ability to develop trusted relationships with clients and partners.
