Job Description
Capco is seeking a Program Manager to join their team in Toronto. This role is focused on managing Cyber Security related projects for financial services clients. The Program Manager will be responsible for planning, managing, and facilitating the successful execution of program timelines and milestones. They will collaborate with internal and external contributors to build client-specific co-delivery plans, track activities, and manage project deadlines. The Program Manager will also proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and provide project updates.

  • Engaging with customers to understand requirements and manage expectations
  • Preparing work schedules and timelines
  • Anticipating and mitigating potential project delivery issues
  • Maintaining communication between the customer and Capco
  • Maintaining documentation and communicating findings to stakeholders
  • Ensuring customer satisfaction and seamless handoff to the operations team

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of project management and implementation management
  • Deep expertise navigating Cyber Security related projects
  • Experience leading large, complex application development projects
  • Experience with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projects
  • Ability to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioning
  • Ability to provide estimates for duration/effort of design/development activities
  • Experience speaking with executive leaders
  • Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Banking experience mandatory
  • Prior consulting experience is an asset
