Job Description
Capco is seeking a Program Manager Principal Consultant to plan, manage, and facilitate the successful execution of program timelines and milestones. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external contributors to build client-specific co-delivery plans, track activities, and manage project deadlines. They will proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of project management and implementation management experience
  • Experience leading large, complex application development projects
  • Experience with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projects
  • Ability to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioning
  • Ability to provide estimates for design/development activities
  • Experience speaking with customer leaders to extract expectations and manage direction
  • Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills
  • Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Passion for customer satisfaction, product development, and technology
  • Banking experience desirable
