Job Description
Capco is seeking a Program Manager Principal Consultant to plan, manage, and facilitate the successful execution of program timelines and milestones. The candidate will collaborate with internal and external contributors to build client-specific co-delivery plans, track activities, and manage project deadlines. They will proactively engage with customers to understand project requirements, manage expectations, and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
- 10+ years of project management and implementation management experience
- Experience leading large, complex application development projects
- Experience with software re-write / re-engineering / re-factoring projects
- Ability to lead deep-dive technical discussions for solutioning
- Ability to provide estimates for design/development activities
- Experience speaking with customer leaders to extract expectations and manage direction
- Excellent people, communication, and presentation skills
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Passion for customer satisfaction, product development, and technology
- Banking experience desirable
