Job Description

Capco is seeking a Project Manager to play a key role in delivering projects and change initiatives for clients in the financial and energy industries. The Project Manager will collaborate with project teams, product owners, and client stakeholders to resolve conflicts and remove barriers, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables. This role may involve managing a mix of Capco and client employees, all working towards delivering projects on time and within budget.

What this role involves:

  • Leading projects and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Coordinating with business stakeholders and development & testing leads to prioritize deliverables.
  • Guiding teams through delivery and managing scope, risks, and issues.
  • Collaborating with tech teams to build comprehensive acceptance criteria.
  • Driving the refinement and maintenance of the product backlog.
  • Quantifying customer impact of feature deliveries and measuring product KPIs.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience as a product owner or project manager in an agile environment.
  • Experience working on core product platforms powering digital experiences.
  • Experience converting business strategy to innovative products.
  • Working knowledge of JIRA, Confluence, Project, and Visio.
  • Experience in financial services and/or energy sectors is highly desired.
  • Knowledge of and worked with ETL and replication teams
  • Knowledge of and ability to write basic SQL queries
