Job Description
Capco Poland is seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to oversee and manage hedging-related change activities within the Treasury and Hedge Accounting value stream. The Project Manager will be responsible for comprehensive project management, including establishing delivery plans, defining operating models, handling risks and issues, and ensuring appropriate governance. Capco is dedicated to driving digital transformation across the financial services industry.
The role involves collaborating closely with Treasury Capital Management, Hedge Accounting, Product Control teams, and Technology teams to deliver project outcomes and objectives. The Project Manager will ensure projects comply with the bank's Change Framework methodology and maintain internal control standards.
Role Involves:
- Providing project management oversight for changing activities.
- Establishing delivery plans and defining operating models.
- Handling risks and issues, ensuring appropriate governance.
- Collaborating with various teams to deliver project outcomes.
- Ensuring compliance with the bank's Change Framework methodology.
- Managing complex business operating models.
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a Finance/Hedge Accounting project delivery role.
- At least 6 years of project delivery experience.
- Strong understanding of project lifecycle methodologies (waterfall and agile).
- Prior working knowledge of Global Banking and Markets, with FX Hedging knowledge being a plus.
- Experience leading a small team is ideal.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in standard change delivery toolsets (Atlassian JIRA and Confluence).
- Excellent communication skills.
