Capco is seeking a Project Manager to join their growing team in Italy. The Project Manager will be responsible for driving success over a full project or program lifecycle. They will design, plan, and implement projects and programs according to scope, targets, and objectives set for time of delivery, budget, and quality.Capco is a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services sector. Assisting in defining strategic roadmaps and objectives across client projects and programs.
Defining project scope and goals within the Financial Services industry.
Creating project plans including setting targets for milestones, adhering to deadlines, and allocating resources.
Ensuring successful project/program delivery in line with defined success criteria and set goals.
Effectively and consistently communicating and reporting project/program progress to business stakeholders.
Ensuring an appropriate roll-out strategy and engagement.
Contributing to and continuously improving project management tools and methodology.
Partnering with clients, product owners, and project teams to ensure on-time, on-budget, quality delivery.
Performing quality control on projects throughout development to maintain expected standards.
Requirements:
Significant project management experience and knowledge of the Financial Services industry.
Experience working for a management and/or technology consulting firm is highly desired (with Financial Services clients).
Knowledge of various project management methodologies (agile/scrum, waterfall, etc.).
Experience working on and leading implementation projects.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Great influencing and stakeholder management skills.
Ability to lead cross-functional teams.
Experience with project management tools (Jira, Rally, Confluence, Trello, etc.).
