Project Manager | Securities Services

Job Description

Capco is seeking a highly motivated Project Manager to expand its securities services footprint in Hong Kong. The Project Manager will play a key role in the delivery of projects, working closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading banks.

The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to interact with colleagues at all levels and achieve goals without direct control over resources. They will be responsible for delivering projects, working on client sites to deliver change initiatives for leading clients across financial services, including investment banking, wealth and asset management.

Role Involves:

• Delivering projects

• Managing projects and individuals workstreams
• Communicating project statuses to senior management

Requirements:

• Minimum 6+ years of experience as a management consultant
• SME knowledge in Securities Services
• Diverse problem-solving experience
• Strong understanding of Prince 2/Agile/Waterfall is preferred
• Excellent communication skills in English
