Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Banking and Payments team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and/or management consulting, with expertise in areas such as consumer banking, lending, digital channels, and payments.This role involves:
- Leading and supporting client discussions on banking products and segments.
- Developing solutions for business process or technology systems.
- Assisting project teams in measuring performance and forecasting improvements.
- Facilitating collaboration between business and technology teams.
- Producing insights and recommendations to improve client performance.
- Building new solutions and consulting approaches.
Capco requires:
- 5+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting.
- Broad knowledge of financial services.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to lead team members and manage projects.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Bachelor's degree.
