Job Description
Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Banking and Payments team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in financial services and/or management consulting, with expertise in areas such as consumer banking, lending, digital channels, and payments.This role involves:
  • Leading and supporting client discussions on banking products and segments.
  • Developing solutions for business process or technology systems.
  • Assisting project teams in measuring performance and forecasting improvements.
  • Facilitating collaboration between business and technology teams.
  • Producing insights and recommendations to improve client performance.
  • Building new solutions and consulting approaches.
Capco requires:
  • 5+ years of experience in financial services or management consulting.
  • Broad knowledge of financial services.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to lead team members and manage projects.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Advanced MS Excel and PowerPoint skills.
  • Bachelor's degree.
