Senior Consultant - Capital Markets

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Capital Markets team. The ideal candidate will possess expert consulting skills and deep product and functional knowledge across various areas, including front office, operations, technology, risk, finance, and compliance. The Senior Consultant will work in a fast-paced team environment, collaborating with industry experts to deliver end-to-end solutions.Role involves:

• Facilitating collaboration between business and technology teams
• Gathering and analyzing information to provide strategic recommendations
• Managing work items and team structure for technology platforms
• Understanding client challenges and documenting resolution options
• Providing PM/BA support to Front Office Technology
• Managing projects from inception to execution
• Structuring business requirements and prioritizing them
• Conducting detailed analyses and presenting findings to client leadership

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in capital markets/investment banking
• 5+ years of experience in management consulting
• Understanding of upstream/downstream applications and data
• Ability to work on multiple workstreams
• Knowledge of regulations and securities transactions
• Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
• Proficiency in development productivity tools (JIRA, TFS, etc.)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent communication skills
• Bachelor's degree
