Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its growing Insurance team in Singapore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the financial services or insurance industry, with a focus on digital transformation. The Senior Consultant will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering on a range of challenging projects across Capco's insurance practice. They will collaborate with insurance leads to identify strategies and drivers for change, effecting change across business operations and technology.

The role involves working on digital, data, and operational transformation projects for multi-national insurers. The Senior Consultant will support the team lead in managing the full lifecycle of work, from aligning on deliverables to driving a scaled agile execution model to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver end-to-end oversight for specific workstreams.
• Collaborate and develop forward-thinking solutions across technology, people, and process.
• Work on transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Develop and execute digital transformation strategies.
• Support team lead in managing the full lifecycle of work.
• Synthesize market and industry trends into client solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry.
• 3+ years’ experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift.
• Experience working on large scale program initiatives.
• Effective relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
