Senior Consultant / Manager – Efficacité opérationnelle - H/F/D

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant/Manager to join its expanding team in Paris. The candidate will work with financial sector clients on various missions covering strategy, development, and operational efficiency.

The role involves:

• Defining vision, objectives, and key results.
• Adapting to new organizational models and regulations.
• Designing and deploying new activities/products.
• Diagnosing the current state of organizations.
• Defining and implementing target operating models.
• Optimizing and automating end-to-end processes.
• Training operational managers and teams in efficiency techniques (Kaizen, TOM, Lean Six-Sigma, Agile, Design Thinking).
• Supporting the adoption of new ways of working.

The ideal candidate should have:

• A Bac +5 degree.
• At least 4 years of experience in the financial sector, preferably in consulting or a financial institution.
• Autonomy, rigor, and pragmatism.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Experience in FO-to-BO or Finance process transformation.
• Proficiency in operational efficiency methodologies (Lean, Agile).
• Fluency in French and English.
