Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Insurance team, focusing on Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and institutional retirement solutions. The Senior Consultant will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with industry experts to deliver transformative solutions for insurance clients.

The role involves leveraging expertise in PRT pricing, operations, and technology to support consulting engagements that drive digital transformation, process optimization, and technology implementation. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client challenges, offering insights grounded in insurance expertise while contributing to broader strategic and technical initiatives.

What this role involves:

• Applying knowledge of PRT pricing processes and data modeling.
• Supporting end-to-end delivery of consulting projects.
• Conducting analyses of client workflows.
• Facilitating client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
• Building and analyzing data ingestion capabilities and datasets.
• Collaborating with technical teams to integrate cloud-based tools.
• Contributing to business development.
• Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry with PRT background.
• Familiarity with PRT deal structures and data analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Exposure to consulting or technology implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
