Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join their Insurance team, focusing on Pension Risk Transfer (PRT) and institutional retirement solutions. The Senior Consultant will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with industry experts to deliver transformative solutions for insurance clients.

The role involves leveraging expertise in PRT pricing, operations, and technology to support consulting engagements that drive digital transformation, process optimization, and technology implementation. The Senior Consultant will collaborate with cross-functional teams to address client challenges, offering insights grounded in insurance expertise while contributing to broader strategic and technical initiatives.

What this role involves:

  • Applying knowledge of PRT pricing processes and actuarial techniques to advise clients.
  • Supporting end-to-end delivery of consulting projects.
  • Conducting analyses of client workflows and identifying opportunities for digital enhancements.
  • Facilitating client workshops and stakeholder interviews.
  • Building and analyzing data ingestion capabilities.
  • Collaborating with technical teams to integrate cloud-based tools and AI.
  • Contributing to business development by identifying client needs.
  • Mentoring junior team members.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in the insurance industry with a background in PRT pricing or actuarial modeling.
  • Familiarity with PRT deal structures and pricing technology.
  • Bachelor’s degree in actuarial science, mathematics, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
