Capco, a global consulting firm focused on the financial services industry, is seeking a (Senior) Consultant for Wealth & Asset Management in Frankfurt am Main. Role Involves:

  • Supporting the analysis, definition, and implementation of new business and operating models, as well as digital transformation programs and post-merger integrations.
  • Advising clients on regulatory topics such as KYC, Anti-Financial-Crime, KAIT, KAGB, MiFID II, DSGVO, and related compliance issues.
  • Supporting sales processes and actively participating in tenders and client presentations.
  • Taking on increasing responsibility for topics and leading (sub-) projects and project teams.
  • Contributing to internal topics, further education, and implementing own ideas.

Requirements:

  • A successfully completed university degree and several years of professional experience at an asset manager or in management consulting, ideally in the Financial Services environment.
  • Knowledge and experience in legal requirements (e.g. MiFID, KAGB or AIFMD), customer segments, products and sales channels in the area of Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Ideally, knowledge of market-standard trading solutions and/or core banking solutions (e.g. SimCorp, FNZ, Xentis, Avaloq, Aixigo, OBS, Temenos, Bloomberg, GEOS, Charles River or Aladdin).
  • Experience in supporting transformation projects (agile and/or classic) as project manager, PMO or business analyst and ideally IT knowledge, especially asset management applications.
  • Team player with a high degree of initiative, commitment and assertiveness.
  • Very good communication skills in German and English.
  • Unrestricted mobility in the (inter)national area.
