Job Description
Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a System Analyst to drive digital transformation in the financial services industry. This role is based in Bangkok, Thailand. The System Analyst will assist in planning tasks for junior analysts, understand business requirements, and participate in solution design. They will lead the team in interacting with developers, ensuring compliance with technology standards, and validating test results.

Role involves:
  • Assisting in planning and assigning tasks to junior System Analysts.
  • Participating in understanding business requirements and processes.
  • Leading team interact with developer to understand software limitations.
  • Ensuring completeness of technical requirements and functional architecture analysis.
  • Validating test results during testing and analyzes testing results.
  • Leading team interact with dep ops and IT security to configurate infrastructure.
  • Coaching and transfers knowledge to all team members.
  • Investigating, resolving and escalating problems from production issue.

Requirements:
  • University degree in business or IT related field.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a similar role (Business Integration or Business Analyst).
  • 2-3 years of experience in a client facing position.
  • Experience in Financial Services industry.
  • Experience working in the scrum environment.
  • Knowledge of multiple development methodologies.
  • Excellent written and verbal skills in English.
  • Ability to perform under pressure.
  • Ability to work in a multicultural and international environment.
