Data Analyst / Data Consultant

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Data Analyst/Consultant to join their growing team in Brussels, Belgium. The ideal candidate will have a passion for data and a desire to help clients solve complex business problems. The Data Analyst/Consultant will work closely with senior clients to deliver large-scale change initiatives for leading global banks.

This role involves:

• Leveraging analytical skills to help clients meet challenges.
• Participating in strategic data transformation projects.
• Enabling data-driven decisions through advanced analytics.
• Engaging data using analytical tools and languages.
• Managing, cleansing, abstracting, and aggregating data.
• Supporting data processes, integrity, and strategic use.
• Working as a project manager to scope and analyze areas.

Capco requires:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a data-related position.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Excellent analytical, reporting, and presentation skills.
• Good knowledge of SQL, Python, and a visualization tool (Tableau, PowerBI...).
• Ability to work with various stakeholders.
• Creative problem-solving skills with a hands-on approach.
• Fluency in French or Dutch AND excellent knowledge of English.
