Job Description
Capco is seeking a Data Analyst with German language skills to join their team in Bratislava. This role involves working with leading international banks on transformation projects that redefine financial services. The ideal candidate will be part of an agile team focused on exciting data-related challenges.

Role Involves:
  • Working with data (data analysis, working with large datasets, data quality management)
  • Business Analysis (as-is process and data analysis, writing requirements, data mapping)
  • Business Process Optimization (simplifying / automating processes, elimination of manual processes)
  • Modernizing related processes and setting up, developing, and optimizing state-of-the-art solutions and the corresponding data management from business analysis to implementation

Requirements:
  • A successfully completed university degree
  • Fluent English and German
  • Strong interest and working experience in data analysis, business analysis, or business process optimization
  • Agile project work experience or knowledge of agile working methods
  • Some initial knowledge about the financial service industry, banking products, and accounting
  • Team player with good analytical and conceptual skills
