Job Description
Capco is seeking a Data Analyst to join its expanding team in Brno, Czech Republic. The Data Analyst will collaborate with major banks on projects aimed at transforming the financial services sector. This role involves modernizing processes, establishing, developing, and optimizing cutting-edge solutions, and managing data from business analysis to implementation.
The Data Analyst will work within an agile team, addressing transformation challenges related to data. Over time, the individual will assume greater responsibility for their tasks, lead sub-projects, and manage smaller project teams.

Role Involves:
- Working with data (data analysis, working with large datasets, data quality management)
- Business Analysis (as-is process and data analysis, writing requirements, data mapping)
- Business Process Optimization (simplifying / automating processes, elimination of manual processes)
- Agile project work
Requirements:
- A successfully completed university degree
- Fluent English and German
- Strong interest and working experience in data analysis, business analysis, or business process optimization
- Agile project work or knowledge of agile working methods
- Some initial knowledge about the financial service industry, about banking products and potentially about accounting
- Team player with good analytical and conceptual skills as well as perseverance
