Job Description

Capco is seeking a Data & Analytics Principal Consultant to join their team in London. Capco is a global technology and business consultancy with a focus on the financial services sector. The company prides itself on an inclusive and diverse work environment.

The Principal Consultant will support and drive the growth of Capco's Data practice, initiating and implementing data & analytics programs for top-tier Financial Services clients. This role involves developing the UK Data Practice capabilities and the broader Global Data Practice, supporting topics such as Cloud, Artificial Intelligence, and Machine Learning.

Role Involves:

  • Creating a collaborative culture and driving talent development.
  • Developing client relationships and spearheading sales opportunities.
  • Working across multiple projects and initiatives.
  • Building market networks and relationships.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of consulting experience, likely in a senior management position.
  • Understanding of data & analytics concepts.
  • Expertise in Data Science, Analytics & AI concepts.
  • Ability to develop working relationships with a wide variety of clients.
  • Experience working within Financial Services, Capital Markets, Insurance, or Wealth & Asset Management.
  • Experience in program execution, business analysis, and change management.
