Job Description

Capco is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team in Prague and contribute to cutting-edge data-driven transformation projects for major banking clients. The Data Engineer will collaborate in agile teams to develop data solutions, modernize data management processes, and design and implement state-of-the-art data architectures. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of topics and gradually lead sub-projects or small project teams.

Role Involves:

  • Collaborating in agile teams to develop data solutions
  • Modernizing and optimizing data management processes
  • Designing and implementing state-of-the-art data architectures
  • Taking ownership of topics and leading sub-projects

Requirements:

  • University degree in a relevant field
  • Fluent English (German is a plus)
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL
  • Proficiency in Python
  • Cloud technologies expertise (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS)
  • Big Data & Enterprise-scale Data Platforms experience
  • Consulting or banking background (a plus)
  • Knowledge of Actimize SAM Data Structure or AML (advantageous)
