Job Description
Capco is seeking a Data Engineer to join their team in Kosice, Slovakia, to support banking clients with data-driven transformation projects. The Data Engineer will collaborate in agile teams to develop data solutions, modernize data management processes, design and implement data architectures, and lead sub-projects or small project teams.

Role Involves:
  • Collaborating in agile teams to develop data solutions.
  • Modernizing and optimizing data management processes.
  • Designing and implementing state-of-the-art data architectures.
  • Taking ownership of topics and leading sub-projects or small project teams.

Requirements:
  • University degree in a relevant field.
  • Fluent English (German is a plus).
  • 3+ years of experience with SQL.
  • Proficiency in Python.
  • Cloud technologies expertise (Google Cloud, Azure, or AWS).
  • Big Data & Enterprise-scale Data Platforms experience.
  • Consulting or banking background (a plus).
  • Knowledge of Actimize SAM Data Structure or AML (advantageous).
