Job Description

Capco is seeking a Data Solution Leader to drive the growth and development of its Data & Analytics consulting practice within the Financial Services sector. The ideal candidate will be a visionary leader with expertise in data transformation, cloud computing, AI, data analytics, and regulatory technology.

Role Involves:

  • Building key stakeholder and buyer relationships to expand Capco’s Data & Analytics consulting business.
  • Cultivating and managing relationships with senior executives in banking, insurance, capital markets, energy, and professional services firms.
  • Driving opportunity origination and pursuit, developing tailored value propositions and sales collateral.
  • Defining and implementing innovative technology solutions in areas such as cloud migration, AI-driven analytics, and data security & privacy.
  • Representing Capco as a thought leader at industry conferences and forums.
  • Ensuring client engagements are executed with excellence.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum 15 years of consulting experience within Financial Services and/or Professional Services.
  • Proven expertise in cloud & digital transformation, AI & machine learning, and data management & analytics.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and manage high-performing teams.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel up to 50% within the U.S.
