Capco Poland is seeking a Lead Data Modeller to join their team. Capco is a global technology and management consultancy dedicated to driving digital transformation across the financial services industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining data models that support the organization's data architecture and analytics initiatives.
The Lead Data Modeller will lead a team of Data Modellers and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, availability, and consistency, enabling informed decision-making across the organization. The candidate's expertise will be instrumental in shaping and implementing data architecture strategies, ensuring data quality, integrity, security, and optimal performance.
Role Involves:
- Leading the design and development of conceptual, logical, and physical data models.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into data modelling solutions.
- Establishing and maintaining data standards, best practices, and governance policies.
- Mentoring and training team members on data modelling techniques.
- Working closely with data architects, data engineers, and analysts to create a cohesive data strategy.
- Participating in design and architecture discussions.
- Staying up to date with emerging data technologies and industry developments.
- Evaluating and recommending new tools and methodologies.
