Microsoft Data Engineer

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Microsoft Data Engineer to join their expanding team in Bratislava. The successful candidate will work on transformation projects for top-tier banks, modernizing processes and developing state-of-the-art data management solutions. The Microsoft Data Engineer will be part of an agile team focused on transformation challenges around Microsoft products. He will work with some of the largest banks in the world, on projects that will transform the financial services industry.

Role Involves:

• Modernizing related processes
• Setting up, developing, and optimizing state-of-the-art solutions
• Managing corresponding data from business analysis to implementation
• Taking on more responsibility for topics and leading sub-projects

Requirements:

• Completed university degree
• Fluent English (German is a big advantage)
• 3+ years of professional experience with SQL
• Experience with Microsoft products like Azure Data Lake, Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, Power BI
• Background in Big Data, enterprise-scale data platforms
• Experience in consulting or banking is a plus
