Microsoft Data Engineer

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Microsoft Data Engineer to join their expanding team in Slovakia. The successful candidate will work with major banking clients on transformation projects, modernizing processes and developing state-of-the-art data management solutions. Role Involves:

• Working in an agile team focused on transformation challenges around Microsoft products.
• Collaborating with some of the largest banks in the world.
• Modernizing processes and setting up, developing, and optimizing state-of-the-art solutions.
• Managing data from business analysis to implementation.
• Taking on more responsibility for topics and leading sub-projects and smaller project teams.

Requirements:

• A completed university degree.
• Fluent English (German is a big advantage).
• 3+ years of professional experience working with SQL.
• Experience with Microsoft products like Azure Data Lake, Azure Cloud, Azure Data Factory, Power BI.
• Background in Big Data and enterprise-scale data platforms.
• Experience in consulting or banking is preferred.
