Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Data Architect with Collibra expertise to join their team in Zurich, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of Collibra-based data governance and data catalog solutions for clients, ensuring alignment with business objectives. He/she will collaborate with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies, integrate Collibra into enterprise ecosystems, and establish data lineage. The candidate will develop scalable data models, metadata structures, and best practices for data management and governance.

The role involves providing technical leadership in Collibra workflows, API integrations, and customizations to meet client-specific needs. The candidate will act as a trusted advisor, presenting architectural solutions, roadmaps, and recommendations to executives and technical teams.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in data architecture with expertise in Collibra implementation and integration
• Strong understanding of data governance, metadata management, and data lineage concepts
• Consulting mindset with the ability to align technical solutions with broader business strategies and goals
• Flexibility to adapt to dynamic client environments and manage multiple projects
• Exceptional communication skills
• Proficiency in English; fluency in German is a significant advantage
