Job Description
Capco is seeking a Senior Dataiku Data Consultant to join their team in Zurich, Switzerland. The ideal candidate will lead the design and implementation of Dataiku-based data analytics and machine learning solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data strategies. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies, integrating Dataiku into enterprise ecosystems, and establishing effective data pipelines and workflows. The consultant will also develop scalable data models, ETL processes, and best practices for data preparation, transformation, and governance.Capco is a global technology and management consultancy dedicated to the financial services industry.   • Leading the design and implementation of Dataiku-based data analytics and machine learning solutions.
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to define data architecture strategies.
  • Developing scalable data models and ETL processes.
  • Providing technical leadership in Dataiku project workflows and API integrations.
  • Conducting requirements engineering sessions.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in data architecture, data modelling, and ETL development with Dataiku.
  • Solid understanding of data governance, machine learning workflows, and metadata management.
  • Experience in stakeholder management.
  • Consulting mindset with flexibility to adapt to dynamic client environments.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Python, SQL, and other Dataiku-supported technologies.
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in German is a significant advantage.
