Capco is seeking a Senior Data Modelling Consultant to join their team in London. Capco is a global technology and business consultancy focused on the financial services sector. The Senior Data Modelling Consultant will be responsible for:
- Conducting business analysis to understand data definition and usage.
- Working with subject matter experts and data architects to analyze data requirements and produce data models.
- Identifying data entities and describing relationships between them.
- Supporting data design and metadata management.
- Executing governance activities and adhering to standards.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong data modelling experience within the financial services industry.
- Good understanding of financial reference data and FS industry standard models.
- Data modelling skills and understanding of conceptual, logical, and physical models.
- Stakeholder management experience.
- Project lifecycle implementation experience, including familiarity with agile projects.
- Understanding of UML and/or logical data models and RDBMS’s.
- Experience with modelling semi-structured schemas such as JSON and/or XML.
- Experience with data modelling tools.
