Senior Consultant - Finance et Risques H/F

Job Description

Capco is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Finance, Risk, and Compliance (FRC) practice in Paris. The role involves working on finance transformation, risk management (credit, market, ESG), and regulatory projects for banking clients.

The Senior Consultant will work with clients on projects such as impact analysis of regulations, defining target operating models, structuring transformation programs, and conducting detailed studies on business, process, organization, and tools.

Role Involves:

• Analyzing the impacts of major regulations
• Defining target operating models
• Structuring large transformation programs
• Conducting and implementing large transformation programs
• Performing detailed studies on business, process, organization and tools
• Driving change and managing programs

Requirements:

• Bac+5 degree from a business school, university, or engineering school
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a financial services consulting firm or project management in a financial institution
• Good knowledge of the banking sector and its current and future challenges
• Fluency in French and English
• Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
