Job Description

Capco Poland is seeking a Lead .NET Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will lead and mentor a team of developers, providing technical direction and ensuring best practices in software development. This role involves collaborating with stakeholders to define technical requirements and designing, developing, and maintaining complex software applications using .NET technologies.

Responsibilities:

  • Review and optimize code for performance, scalability, and maintainability
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies
  • Plan, prioritize, and manage development tasks
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams
  • Prepare technical documentation and status reports
  • Develop and maintain APIs, microservices, and enterprise-level applications
  • Integrate third-party APIs, libraries, and frameworks
  • Implement secure coding practices
  • Conduct code interviews and enforce coding standards
  • Troubleshoot and resolve software defects and production issues
  • Ensure applications meet performance benchmarks and security standards

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in .NET Development (.NET Core, .NET 8/.NET 9)
  • 2+ years of experience in a lead role
  • Experience in cloud services (AWS preferred)
  • Experience in frontend (React preferred)
  • Experience with Message Bus technologies
  • Experience with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, version control (GIT), and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • Experience in GraphQL
  • Experience with Redis
  • Excellent communication skills in English
  • Great problem-solving skills, flexible, open-minded with entrepreneurial mindset
  • Bachelor/Master Degree in Computer Science or related topic
  • Capital Markets experience
