Senior Full Stack Developer with Java

Job Description

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer with Java to join their team. The candidate will be involved in building an innovative platform that leverages data and analytics to drive automated decision-making and smart automation across the full lifecycle of Capco's business. Role Involves:

• Designing and building scalable services.
• Developing real-time, low-latency data processing solutions.
• Working with databases, streaming data (Kafka, Solace queues), and APIs (REST/KONG).
• Contributing to front-end and back-end development.
• Ensuring platform stability, availability, and performance.
• Partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Collaborating across teams to align with business and regulatory frameworks.
• Implementing safe and defensive coding practices.
• Challenging and improving coding standards.

Requirements:

• 8+ years of experience in back-end software engineering with Java.
• Proficiency in working with data streaming tools like Kafka, Solace queues, and API integrations using REST/KONG.
• Strong skills in developing scalable, real-time data processing solutions.
• Experience with databases and data engineering workflows.
• Experience in React or equivalent framework.
• Experience with Front Office Banking IT.
• Hands-on experience with Agile delivery methodologies.
• Familiarity with Financial Markets specifications and regulations.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• An innovative mindset.
