Senior AI Engineer

Job Description

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior AI Engineer to join their team and support innovative AI and NLP solutions. The ideal candidate will possess deep technical expertise in large language models (LLMs), machine learning, and cloud platforms. They should also have strong communication skills to effectively interact with business and technical stakeholders.

The Senior AI Engineer will be responsible for fine-tuning pre-trained LLMs, designing and implementing RAG workflows, and developing and deploying NLP and machine learning solutions. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams and present technical insights to non-technical stakeholders. The role involves working on Azure or GCP to develop, test, and deploy scalable AI solutions.

Role Involves:

• Fine-tuning pre-trained Large Language Models (LLMs) on domain-specific data.
• Designing and implementing Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) workflows.
• Developing and deploying NLP, machine learning, and deep learning solutions.
• Managing end-to-end experimentation, model development, and validation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• Strong hands-on experience with LLM architectures and fine-tuning methods.
• Solid understanding of RAG, prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Proven background in machine learning, deep learning, and natural language processing (NLP).
• Proficiency in Python, SQL, Git, and experience working with CI/CD tools.
• Working knowledge of Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
