Job Description

Capco Poland is seeking a Senior QA Engineer to support a Stress Testing Platform and Market Risk Batch project. The role involves maintaining and enhancing critical systems in response to evolving regulatory requirements and internal priorities. The candidate will lead QA processes for financial market applications, ensuring the highest standards of functionality, security, and performance. They will work collaboratively with development, business analysis, and product teams to align QA activities with the software development lifecycle.

Responsibilities include:

  • Leading QA processes for financial market applications.
  • Designing and executing test plans, cases, and scripts.
  • Collaborating with development, business analysis, and product teams.
  • Conducting performance, stress, and regression testing.
  • Managing and maintaining test environments.
  • Mentoring junior QA engineers.
  • Driving automation in testing.

Requirements:

  • 7+ years of QA experience in financial or capital markets.
  • Experience in automated and manual testing of complex financial systems.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Knowledge of regulatory requirements and risk-based testing strategies.
